IMS Recruitment was founded in 2000 and is a part of The IMS Group, offering bespoke recruitment services to firms within the asset management and securities industries.

Our core focus and the largest part of our business is placing compliance and regulatory professionals. Essentially, our client base mirrors that of our consulting business with particular strength in working with hedge funds, asset and investment managers, private equity firms, venture capital and family offices. We also possess the expertise to recruit within other sectors, having successfully worked with a number of banks and brokers.
