Andy is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with Deloitte in the Entrepreneurial Tax department. He left Deloitte in 2004 and extended his experience across a variety of different roles in finance and operations, both at blue-chip FTSE 100/Fortune 500 and small start-up companies. During this time Andy gained corporate and transactional experience in Head Office roles and was also involved in smaller start-up activity, principally with a finance and operations remit. Andy has a first class degree in International Management with French from UMIST, now part of Manchester Business School, University of Manchester.

Andy joined IMS in October 2007 and its Board in April 2008 and has subsequently lead the business through a series of corporate transactions, including the joint ventures of IMS Buzzacott and Mirabella Financial Services. Andy played a key part in the MBO of IMS in November 2010 and has been heavily involved in the Group's three subsequent acquisitions of MMS-RSL, HedgeOp and IMS (US) LLC. He is responsible for the Group's finance function.
