Hedge Fund Standards Board
With some 80% of UK Pension Funds reputed to be considering managers' compliance with the Hedge Fund Standards when allocating capital, and other European investors rapidly coming to the same conclusion, many Managers are seeing the commercial necessity for complying with the standards as opposed to explaining their non-compliance. It is further expected that as we emerge from the credit crisis investors globally may well use the standards as a benchmark requirement in selecting managers.
