IMS Announces Re-Organisation as The IMS Group

London, 29^th September 2010: IMS Consulting, the UK’s market-leading independent asset management and securities regulatory consultancy, is pleased to announce the completion of the re-organisation of its business into clearly-defined business divisions as The IMS Group.

Scott Wilson, who founded IMS Consulting in 1997, moves from CEO of IMS Consulting to become CEO of The IMS Group. Stephen Burke, Chris Rexworthy and Andrew Insley are now Group Directors of The IMS Group, with Peter Moore taking the role of CEO of the Regulation and Compliance division. Chris Rexworthy also takes a new position as CEO of IMS Mirabella.

The firm now has in excess of 400 clients drawn from hedge funds and private equity firms, venture capital, wealth management, corporate finance and advisory and broker-dealers and banks. The Group now has more than 60 staff, having hired five new consultants in 2010 in response to client demand.
